Calendar Maker Software is Easy to Use

The online calendar maker software takes you through a seven step process. In Step 1 of the software you provide the details of your calendar project, including giving your calendar a working name and selecting the language(s) for your calendar.

Upload Calendar Images

In Step 2 of the calendar maker software you upload images to your personal secure library. When taking photos for your calendar, use at least a 5 mega pixel camera and be sure to have set the calendar on the highest setting (i.e. "5.0" or greater). For more information, see about calendar resolution. Accepted formats are JPG, GIF, TIF and PNG. The software also accepts logos - preferred formats are vector EPS or a PNG or GIF file with transparency.

Select Templates

The online calendar maker software makes selecting templates easy. Most templates are available in 16 different colors and you have the option of uploading an entire page that you've created instead of using an online template.

Inserting your Photos

The calendar maker software automatically analyzes all your photos and lets you know whether the resolution is sufficient for the calendar slot you selected. A green border around the thumbnail indicates the resolution is good and yellow means it is not ideal, but still acceptable. If there are images with a red border, the software will not let you insert them because the resolution is too low to print clearly. For more information, see about calendar resolution.

The software's cropping tool allows you to select the portion of the image that you want to appear. Keep in mind that the more you crop an image, the lower the resolution becomes as the smaller portion has to fill the entire calendar slot. The calendar software will limit the amount you can crop a photo, based on the minimum resolution.

Previewing your Calendar

Once your calendar is complete, the online software allows you to preview each page. Once you're happy with everything, proceed to the ordering step where you'll confirm all details (quantity, shipping address, etc).
