As a group, Real Estate Agents probably send out more calendars each year than anyone else. It's easy to understand why. A calendar is a highly visible awareness and branding tool that is often displayed prominently in the house.
As the year winds down homeowners start to keep their eyes open for a new calendar to replace the one that is coming to a close. And that's the rub. Human nature being what it is, people tend to keep and use the nicest calendar they receive.
So the challenge then is to be 'the one'. Over the years we've received numerous enquiries from real estate agents looking for a higher quality calendar that permits more customization. With traditional printing technology high set up costs were always a problem. Digital printing now makes it possible.
Our strategy is to produce a calendar that is attractive and useful, and one that puts you as the focal point. You become the spokesperson.
For 2008 we're introducing the first of several themes we will develop in the coming years - it's called "Home". The calendars feature attractive photography and helpful information that you provide (ok, so we write it but it shows your name & picture and you can change the text - for example you might change it to "If your kids are anything like my son, Andrew, then").
