We offer a small but growing assortment of calendars that are complete except for your logo and/or contact information. You also have the freedom to add additional date square information (such as deadlines, special events, trade show dates, etc).

Two staples through the spine. This is the most common type of binding.

Sometimes known as ‘spiral’ binding. Plasticoil is a white plastic coil that holds the top and bottom pages together.

Similar in functionality to Plasticoil, Wire-o is designed to let the top and bottom pages hang in perfect alignment (with Plasticoil the bottom is slightly to the right).

Due of the nature of how a calendar is printed (i.e. the number of pages), there is actually room for 13 months. This is very handy as calendar recipients can begin using the calendar on December 1st, rather than waiting until January 1st. Note that your calendar can start any month you want it to.

If instead of a 13th month you want an entire page devoted to information of some sort (photos, letter, text, etc) you’ll be given the option to do so during the calendar assembly stage. If you need our help to create the page, we’ll be happy to do so. Cost is likely to be $150 - $400, depending on how much time it will take. Once we know what you want we’ll give you a firm quote.

A 17-month calendar typically begins when the ‘year’ begins for many families – with back to school preparations. A 17-month calendar is a good choice for a fundraising calendar because it allows the sales effort to begin in August and continue through to December, with the purchaser able to begin using the calendar immediately.

Each photo is checked for resolution to ensure it is not inserted in a layout that is too large for it to print crisply. There is no cost for this.

Some photos can be enhanced through contrast, brightness and colour adjustments. For a fee of $95 we will review up to 25 of your photos and make whatever enhancements are possible (note that if they can’t be enhanced, the charge will not be applied).

For quantities of 750 or less you can request a sample calendar that is identical in every way to what you will receive when you confirm your order. The cost is $40, including shipping changes.
