Photos

If you have photos you want to use you'll be able to upload them to your private library and insert them in the month you choose. Our software will check the resolution of each photo to make sure it will print clearly at the size (template) you have selected.

Calendar Type

These are the styles and sizes of calendars we currently have available in our online CalendarBuilder. All measurements are height x width based on a closed calendar. For example, an 8.5” x 11” wall calendar is 17” high x 11” wide when open.

If you don’t see the type or size of calendar you want, please Select "Other" and provide as much detail as possible.

Duration

The traditional option is to create a 12-month calendar with the extra spread at the beginning or at the end, depending on the content. If you want to use the extra spread for information about your organization, it probably belongs at the beginning. If you want the extra spread for “Year at a Glance” summaries and/or a “Notes & Reminders” section, then you’ll probably want the extra 2-page spread at the inside back cover.

A popular option is to use the extra spread for an additional month, giving you a 13-month calendar that enables calendar recipients to begin using the calendar, for example, on December 1st, rather than waiting until January 1st.

Assembly Methods

1. You assemble your calendar using our step by step CalendarBuilder. Simply select your desired templates, decide on a custom list of holidays & events, insert your photos, logo and contact information and approve your masterpiece. It's that easy and there's no software to download! Want us to supply the pictures? No problem - choose one of our spectacular photo series.

2. Same as above except one of our team members will put the calendar together for you. All you have to do is provide your logo, contact information and photos (unless you want us to use ours). Let us know about any events you want included and create a custom holiday list or use our standard one.

3. Our templates not exactly what you want? Select "Custom design & assembly" and then choose the level of customization you want from our additional drop down list.

4. If you've already created your calendar using your own software and just need a print quote, select "We have a complete print ready file".

The Papers We Use

Premium
Most promotional calendars are printed on 70-lb paper. We use an excellent quality 80-lb gloss paper with a matching heavier weight gloss cover.

Extra Heavy Premium
For a more substantial feel to your calendar, upgrade to 100-lb gloss paper with a matching heavier weight gloss cover.

Environmental Choice
With sustainability becoming an increasingly important issue for us all, we also offer premium quality paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) as having been produced using responsible forest management techniques. The back cover of your calendar will contain the FSC notice and logo.

Extra Heavy Environmental Choice
Our extra heavy paper is also available FSC certified. The back cover of your calendar will contain the FSC notice and logo.

Finishing

Saddle stitched
Two staples through the spine. This is the most popular type of binding.

Spiral
Coiled plastic binding that is often used for calendars.

Wire-o
Also called "double loop" binding, Wire-o is preferred by some over spiral for wall calendars because the top and bottom pages hang in perfect alignment (with spiral the bottom page is slightly to the right).

For Wall Calendars
To give your calendar a much more substantial feel, we can insert a corrugated cardboard stiffener into the center of the calendar and then we plastic wrap the entire calendar.

Select the quantity you think you might need from the pull down menu or select "Other" and type in a quantity in the box beside. Once you’re done the quote form you’ll be able to change the quantity if you want to.
